Areas of Focus
My work as a lawyer focuses on family and inheritance law, where my many years of professional experience allow me to provide comprehensive, well-founded advice and representation. In a separation and in divorce proceedings, maintenance claims and claims under matrimonial property law need to be clarified, and the often extensive division of the spouses' assets must be guided. This often raises questions from other areas of law, especially company law. In many cases, a notarised marriage contract concluded after legal advice can prevent a contentious dispute in the event of divorce. In inheritance law, I represent clients in dividing an estate among co-heirs and in asserting compulsory share claims, and I advise on drafting a will or an inheritance contract.

One of my specialist areas is parental maintenance, on which I also give courses at the Munich Adult Education Centre (Volkshochschule München).
